Mawlana Muhammad Fawzi al Karkariy

He was born ( radiAllâhu anhu ) in the city of Temsemen (province of ad-diriyouch), on a Wednesday in the year 1394 of the Hegira, i.e. 1974 AC and received the idhn (divine permission) to transmit and educate in during the year 2007.
He inherited from his Sheykh Mawlay al-Hassan al-Karkariy ( qaddassAllâhu sirrahu ), who himself had become Sheykh of the zawiya in 1976, after having received it from his Sheykh the 'arif biLlâh Mawlânâ at-Tâhir al-Karkariy ( qaddassAllâhu sirrahu ), who himself had become Sheykh in 1950. It is therefore from this source that our Sheykh drank, that the lights sprang from his heart, that the suns of Ihsân were manifested to him, that he had the great fath and was honored with an important madad .

His tariqa is based on following the sunna in sayings, doings, worships, habits and everything else. Sidi Muhammad Fawzi said: " Our tariqa is the tariqa of the mushâhada, the one who has no mushâhada, I am not his Sheykh and he is not my mourid ."
